In the following rules/regulations, the term of "member" in any such case represents a JAAW membership card carrier, visitor or temporary pass holders of the Japanese Animation Association of Winnipeg.

0. Rules are subject to additions and changes when needed by the JAAW committee.

1. Members must be over the age of 13. Anime showings at meetings will be RATED beforehand if required. Please use discretion.

2. Children under the age of 12 should not be brought to meetings without a parent or guardian. JAAW reserves the right to refuse a child's presence if required.

3. Members must have a general respect for all other members and the committee.

4. Soft handling and respect for club materials & equipment. Members must NOT touch the University equipment.

5. Harrassment & Discrimination will not be tolerated.

6. The JAAW will not be responsible for lost/stolen persaonl items if left unattended.

7. Please keep quiet while shows are playing.

8. Do not wander the University halls; If found wandering, members/visitors will be asked to stay in the JAAW room or will be kindly asked to leave the University if found their actions are unappropriate (respect classes, as it is a University). *

9. Rooms and areas around the JAAW rooms must be kept clean. Place trash and recyclables in receptacles provided around the University. (A.K.A Rooms must be cleaner when you leave than when you entered.)

10. DO NOT bring in wooden or metal weapons into the meetings to show off to your friends. These are seen as real weapons and are not apprechiated to be brought in the JAAW meetings or even on the University campus. Foam weapons are acceptable to bring as they are not seen as dangerous.

11. Card players must be quiet and respectful of other members at all times, especially when shows are on.

* If, in the event of a disruption or argument where the member refuses to stay in a JAAW room, continues to be disruptive in halls and JAAW rooms, and does not leave when asked, University of Winnipeg security will be called to deal with the member/visitor in question and will not be considered a member of the JAAW any longer.
